* Webfont: For using on a single website. Agencies responsible for multiple sites cannot share the license. Every pageview using the webfont is counted. Graphic images on the website might require a Desktop license. MyFonts offers Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go webfont licenses. Only one of these three would be available for a given webfont.

* Desktop: For using on a desktop workstation for both personal and professional uses. The most usual uses include the use of the font in desktop applications like MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and others. Documents and static images can be created and printed. Licenses are based on the number of users. Desktop licenses are cumulative. Some restrictions may apply.

* App: For embedding in mobile applications. This license is needed when you are developing an app for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone, and you will be embedding the font file in your mobile application's code.

* Electronic Doc: For embedding in e-text products. This license can be used to embed the font in electronic publications such as eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspaper or interactive PDFs. Updated versions of publications that are free to previous customers do not need a new license; otherwise, each new version that is released counts as a separate publication.

* Digital Ad/Email: For use in HTML5 ads. This license can be used to embed fonts into digital ads, such as banner ads. The kit provided can be shared with third parties producing the ad creatives but the responsibility remains with the purchaser. The Digital Ads license is usually less expensive due to the varying usage patterns.
