Beriot, a sans serif, draws inspiration from Steile Futura, a type of letterform explored by Paul Renner in the 1950s. While its basic design is condensed in Regular weight, it deviates from the modular square construction in certain areas. The family encompasses 42 weights, including slanted cuts, and is divided into three subfamilies: Condensed, Normal, and Expanded. Each subfamily is designed for specific text sizes. Its variety and OpenType Features - alternative characters, different number sets, and case-sensitive symbols - make Beriot a prime choice for professional branding, digital design, and editorial work.
