Desktop: Intended for installation and use on a desktop computing machine. Suitable for majority of the applications ranging from personal to professional which feature a font menu, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign. This license let you generate and print records, and create static images like .jpeg, .tiff, .png. The pricing is based on font usage, determined by the number of users. Adjustments can be made by altering the quantity in 'Buying Choices' or 'Cart' pages. Some restrictions might be imposed based on the agreement of the listing foundry—these might include use in logos/trademarks, geographic limitations (number of locations), and salable products. Desktop licenses can be extended by making a new order for the same Desktop package, for the additional users.

Webfont: Permitted for use on a single domain only. Agencies that are responsible for multiple websites, such as web design agencies or hosting providers, are not permitted to share a webfont license across different websites. Each loading of the webpage utilizing the webfont kit, i.e., the call to the webfont kit CSS holding the @font-face rule, counts as a single pageview for each webfont within the kit. For using in graphic images displayed on the website, a Desktop license should be considered. MyFonts provides three types of webfont licenses: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go. Only one of these three would be available for a given webfont.
