* Desktop: Primarily used for both personal & professional reasons in applications with a font menu such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop and so on. To set up the font on your operating system like Windows or Mac OS X. Static images and documents creation and printing are allowed. Font licenses for desktop are based on the number of fonts' users. Adjust the number of users through quantity dropdown while purchasing or matching the Cart pages. Few restrictions might apply as per the listing foundry's Desktop license agreement including use in trademarks/logos, geographic limitations (no of locations), and products up for sale. Desktop licenses are gathered and if an extra Desktop license covering more users is needed, just place a new order for the same desktop package, for the no of additional users.

* Webfont: Meant for use on a single domain. Web design agencies handling multiple websites, or hosting providers, cannot share a single webfont license across multiple websites. Each time the webpage using the webfont kit is loaded, the counting system counts a single pageview for each webfont within the webfont kit. For usage in graphic images shown on the website, a Desktop license might be considered as most allow for it. MyFonts offers three types of webfont licenses: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go.

* App: This type of license is chosen when developing an app for platforms like iOS, Android, or Windows Phone, where the font file is embedded in the mobile application's code.

* Electronic Doc: This license allows to embed the font in an electronic publication such as an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or interactive PDF. Each published issue counts as a separate one but regional or format variations don't.

* Digital Ad/Email: This license type allows to implants fonts into digital ads, for example- ads made using HTML5. A kit containing webfonts that can be used within digital ads, such as banner ads will be provided.
