Desktop: for use on a desktop workstation. Utilize font within desktop applications like Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Create and print documents, as well as static images (.jpeg, .tiff, .png). Licenses are based on number of users and restrictions may apply in logos/trademarks, geographic restrictions, and products that will be sold.
App: for embedding in mobile applications. Select this license when developing an app for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone, where the font file will be embedded in the mobile application's code.
Digital Ad/Email: for use in HTML5 ads. Embed fonts into digital ads, like banner ads. Different usage patterns compared to websites and pricing reflects this.
Webfont: for use on a single domain. Does not allow sharing of a single webfont license across multiple sites. Pageview count for each webfont within the webfont kit on each page load.
Electronic Doc: for embedding in e-text products. Embed the font in an electronic publication like an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or interactive PDF. License is based on the number of publications where the font is used.
