* Webfont: A single domain can employ this for its website. Web design firms or hosts, who manage several sites, may not share a single webfont permit across all. Each time a website incorporating the webfont kit is loaded, the counting mechanism records a single page view for each font within the kit. For usage in graphic content displayed on the site, consider a Desktop license. Three types of webfont licenses are offered by MyFonts: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go. For each webfont, only one of these three is available.

* Desktop: This is for utilization on a desktop workstation, for most personal and professional uses, in desktop applications with a font catalog. Ex: Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system, use the font in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Desktop licenses are predicated on the number of users.

* App: Choose this license type when developing an app for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone, with the font file embedded in your mobile application's code.

* Electronic Doc: This is for embedding in digital text products. You can use this license to embed the font in digital publications like eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, or interactive PDFs.

* Digital Ad/Email: Utilize this license type to incorporate fonts into digital advertisements, such as HTML5-built ads
