Webfont: for use on a single domain. Agencies with multiple websites may not share a single webfont license across these sites. Each page view of the webfont counts towards the total license count. For creating images on the website, a Desktop license may be preferred. MyFonts offers three types of webfont licenses: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go.
Desktop: for personal and professional use on desktop applications with a font menu. Can be used with applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc. to create and print documents, and static images. Additional licenses are required for more users.
App: for embedding the font in mobile applications for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone.
Electronic Doc: for embedding the font in electronic publications such as eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspaper, or interactive PDFs. A separate license is required for each publication, unless updates are free to previous customers.
Digital Ad/Email: for embedding fonts into digital ads. Digital Ads EULA permits usage in digital ads and on advertising networks. Digital Ad licenses are more cost effective for campaigns where impressions can vary significantly from month to month.
