Desktop: for use on a desktop workstation for both personal and professional use, including desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Licenses are based on the number of users and are cumulative. Additional licenses can be purchased for additional users.
Webfont: for use on a single domain. Cannot be shared across multiple websites. Usage in graphic images shown on the website requires a Desktop license.
App: for embedding in mobile applications for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. The font file is embedded in the mobile application's code.
Digital Ad/Email: for use in HTML5 ads. Fonts can be embedded in digital ads, such as HTML5 built ads. A Digital Ad license is cheaper than a Webfont license for ads because of the varying usage patterns in advertisements.
Electronic Doc: for embedding in electronic publications such as an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or interactive PDF. License is based on the number of publications in which the font is used.
