Webfont: for individual domain use. Webfonts are authorized for application to a singular domain. Entities managing numerous websites, such as web design agencies or hosting providers, are not permitted to distribute a single webfont license across multiple websites. Each time a webpage that utilizes the webfont kit is accessed (i.e., when the webfont kit CSS implementing the @font-face rule is invoked), the counting system records a singular page view for each webfont in the webfont kit. For graphic images showcased on the site, a Desktop license might be more suitable. Three types of webfont licenses are offered by MyFonts: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go. Only one out of these three options will be accessible for a particular webfont.
Desktop: for utilization on a desktop workstation - The desktop license covers common uses, both personal and professional, in desktop applications with a font menu.
App: for implementation in mobile applications - Select this license type for use in developing apps for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone where the font files will be integrated in the app's code.
Electronic Doc: for embedding in e-products - An Electronic Doc license allows for font integration in electronic publications such as an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or interactive PDF.
Digital Ad/Email: for application in HTML5 ads - This license type permits the embedding of fonts into digital ads, like ads created using HTML5.
