* Webfont: This is solely for use on a single domain of a website. Web design agencies or hosting providers, who handle multiple sites, are not permitted to share a single webfont license across different websites. Note that every time the web page incorporating the webfont kit is loaded, the count system takes it as a single pageview for each webfont within the kit. If you are looking to use it in graphic images presented on the site, consider opting for a Desktop license, as most of these typically permit it. MyFonts features three types of webfont licenses: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go, with only one of these being applicable to a given webfont.

* Desktop: This license permits use on a desktop workstation in various personal or professional scenarios, and in desktop applications with a font menu such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop etc. It allows you to install the font on your Windows or Mac OS X system, and to make and print documents, and static images such as .jpeg, .tiff, .png. Desktop licenses hinge on the number of fonts' users. Always check the listed foundry's Desktop license agreement to be aware of any restrictions like usage in logos/trademarks, geographic restrictions and items for sale.

* App: Choose this license for embedding the font file in your mobile application's code while developing an app for iOS, Android or Windows Phone.

* Electronic Doc: You can use this license to embed the font in an electronic product like an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or an interactive PDF. Consider a Desktop license for font usage in graphic images shown as the ePub cover.

* Digital Ads/Email: This type of license can be used to embed fonts into digital ads, including HTML5 built ads. These webfonts can be used in HTML5 ads and advertising networks.
