Test Pilot Collective, a digital type foundry based in Minneapolis, MN, was founded in 1998 by Joe Kral, Matt Desmond, and Mike Cina. Between 1999-2003, the website was updated daily with a new splash image to display the fonts. Currently, the operation is handled by Joe Kral. Their typefaces draw inspiration from technology, the future, and the grid.
