* Webfont: Intended for your website use. Webfonts are exclusive to a single domain. No sharing is permitted across multiple websites by agencies overseeing more than one website, such as web design agencies or hosting providers. Each webpage employing the webfont kit (i.e., the webfont kit CSS entailing the @font-face rule), is charged with a single pageview for each webfont within the kit every time it is loaded. Consider a Desktop license for graphic images displayed on the website as most provide permission. MyFonts offers three types of webfont licenses: Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go. Only one type is available for a given webfont.

* Desktop: For use on a desktop workstation. This covers more commonplace uses including personal and professional applications, on desktop systems with a font menu. This includes usage inside desktop software like Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Licenses are based on the number of font users. The quantity of users can be adjusted from the Buying Choices or Cart pages. Please revise the listed foundry's Desktop license agreement, as there may be specific restrictions.

* App: This license is specific to embedding in mobile applications. Choose this license when developing iOS, Android, or Windows Phone apps and you're planning to embed the font file in your app's code.

* Digital Ad/Email: License for use in HTML5 ads. This license covers font embedding into digital ads, including HTML5-constructed ads. The kit we provide, compatible with digital ads like banner ads, can be shared amongst third parties working on ad creatives.

* Electronic Doc: License appropriate for embedding in e-text products. This license covers font embedding in electronic publications like eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, or interactive PDFs. The Electronic Doc license is dependent on the number of publications the font is used in. Each issue is counted as a separate publication.
