Missy Meyer is a woman with numerous years of experience in lettering and illustration. In her 40s, she sought a change of career and turned her sights on graphic design, a transition which led her to stumble upon her love for font design. She is particularly fond of creating amusing, informal, and unique fonts that remain simplistic and user-friendly despite their distinctive style. Prior to her career in design, Meyer held an array of diverse jobs. These included a stint as a bank teller, a pizza chef, an accountant, a camp counselor, a casino dealer, a singing improv comedian and a role as a game show host at Walt Disney World.
