Mike Jackson
Chuck Davis, the founder and president of Letterhead Fonts, stated that a font is more than just beautiful letters, and believes that those letters must work together harmoniously to enhance the design. Chuck's journey in the field of fonts began by accident when he switched to working as a graphic designer for Boeing after being a sign painter for several years. He recounted that one day, he noticed an employee discarding old software, one of which was a floppy disk labeled 'FontMonger'. Having an interest in creating a font, he saved this disk from being trashed and tested it on his Mac in the office. Despite the software being crude, it sparked his journey into the world of fonts.
