The foundry RMU, located in the city of Schwaebisch Gmuend, state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, was founded by Ralph Michael Unger in 1995. The foundry started with the composing stick, then transitioned to Linotype setting machines in different print shops, and has now evolved to the computerized creation of fonts. The foundry has a rich history of typographic experiences.
