Desktop licenses depend on the number of users. To change the number of users, adjust the quantity dropdown on Buying Choices or Cart pages. Be mindful of the foundry's Desktop license agreement as it might contain restrictions; e.g., usage in logos/trademarks, geographic limitations (location count), purchasable products.
