David Kerkhoff
Hanoded is a type foundry located in The Netherlands, operated by David Kerkhoff. Having completed his journalism studies, David traveled widely before settling in Israel for a number of years. Over the course of his life, David has worked in a variety of jobs such as a zookeeper, goldsmith, artist and cook, ultimately choosing the profession of tour guide and photographer. David's specialty lies in handmade typefaces, employing brushes, pens, ink and paint to craft unique and sometimes eerie fonts. His residence is a small hamlet by the Rhine river where he lives with his wife, three children, a group of extremely pampered chickens and two guinea pigs named Cookie and Chippie.
