Upon purchase, use, or distribution of the fonts, entities such as the buyer, user, and distributor, including entities like Monotype Imaging Inc. & Monotype Imaging Hong Kong, oblige themselves to indemnify & protect the foundry from any consequential, incidental, punitive or other kind damages that might originate from the use of the deliverables. This encompasses potential loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, savings, and includes but is not limited to, failure of the deliverables to perform its described function, or the deliverable's potential infringement of patents, copyrights, trademarks, design rights, contract claims, trade secrets, etc.
