Any activity related to the webfont generates a count against the license. Graphic images on the site that use the font should be licensed separately. Different webfont licenses offered include Annual, Pay Once, and Pay As You Go. Only one type can be activated for a particular webfont.

* Desktop: This license type covers personal and professional use in desktop applications, including documents, static images (.jpeg, .tiff, .png), and more. Restrictions may apply to use in logos/trademarks, geographic distribution (number of locations), and sold products. Additional licenses can be purchased for additional users.

* App: For developers creating iOS, Android, or Windows Phone apps, this license allows embedding of the font file in the mobile application's code.

* Electronic Doc: This enables embedding the font in digital publications like eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, and interactive PDFs. License counts against the number of publication instances. Any updated version of a publication that is free to previous customers does not require a new license.

* Digital Ad/Email: This license allows font embedding in HTML5 ads, including banner ads. This kit can be shared with third parties producing the ads on your behalf. Digital Ads licenses offer terms that permit usage in digital ads and on advertising networks, with pricing reflecting the variable usage patterns unique to digital advertising.
