Desktop: Intended for use on a desktop workstation, catering to both personal and professional requirements. Suitable for desktop applications with a font menu for instance, Mac OS X or Windows system. It enables the utilization of the font in a myriad of applications including Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign etc. Can be used to conceptualize and print documents as well as static images like .jpeg, .tiff and .png. Please note that the desktop licenses are dependent on the total number of font users. Some restrictions may apply, like usage in logos/trademarks, number of locations and products meant for sale. Webfont: Intended for a single domain usage on your website. It must be noted that webfont licenses should not be shared across multiple websites by agencies responsible for multiple websites. A single page view is counted each time a webfont kit is loaded on the webpage. In case of usage for graphic images showcased on the website, a Desktop license could be considered. App: Suitable for developers working on making apps for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone where the font file will be embedded in the app's code. Acies App EULA

Digital Ad/Email: Designed for embedding fonts in digital ads, particularly those built using HTML5. License would also cover usage in digital ads and on advertising networks. An HTML5 ad uses webfonts, but the Digital Ads license is preferred over Webfont license due its lower price and other enabling terms. Electronic Doc: Ideal for embedding the font in e-text products like eBooks, eNewspaper, eMagazines, or interactive PDFs. Each usage is counted as a separate publication. Recommend considering a Desktop license for font usage in graphic images used as the cover of the ePub. Acies Electronic Doc EULA
